Use WeedSeal® on slopes

When we want to make our garden beautiful, we frequently forget the slopes. However, they can become ugly to look at if the weed grows uncontrolled. In addition, it often become a struggle to remove the weeds when their roots grow large.

Step 1

If you have already planted your hedge plants, it is not too late. You will still able to roll out Fibertex WeedSeal® on the slope to prevent weeds from growing uncontrolled on the slope. REMEMBER to remove all weeds before unrolling the WeedSeal®. You must also remember to fasten the weed control fabric with stones or pegs

You can cut the roll in smaller rolls with a saw and unroll them between the hedge plants. It is very easy to cut the WeedSeal® roll into smaller rolls and pieces.

Step 2

You can cover the weed control fabric with either bark or crushed granite.

In case of very aggressive weeds such as couch grass, horsetail and the like, you should use two layers of WeedSeal®.
