Long and impressive 150 m² driveway

Finished driveway

It is nice when the impressive driveway is finished and you can spend quality time with your family again. Here father and son are washing the family car.

But before the driveway can be enjoyed, at lot of work has to be done. Laying a driveway is a major project. It is important that everything is done correctly so that the result will last for many years.

Step 1

In this example, a completely new driveway has to be made for a newly-built house. Base course aggregates are placed first and compressed. Then Fibertex Universal^® is rolled out before sand is laid out. Fibertex Universal^® ensures that the two layers stay separated. It is important to compress the layers. In the picture, the two men are levelling the sand.

Step 2

After the sand has been levelled, it is again time to place Fibertex Universal^®. After this, the tiles can be laid down. It is easy to place the tiles on top of the membrane.

Step 3

In this example, a large carport with room for two cars is being made. In the carport, tiles are also placed on top of Fibertex Univesal^®.

Step 4

Now the driveway is almost finished. Only the sides are missing. You can for example create long beds along the driveway and remember to use Fibertex WeedSeal^® when planting in these beds. Garden lamps between the plants also look good.
